Dont Follow these tips to keep yourself pumped up for a great job interviewDo a quick flashbackThink about all the awesome stuff youve accomplished, how youve solved problems, made peoples lives better. If you need to, write them down and tape them in places where youll binnensee them and read them to yourself when youre feeling nervous especially the day of the interview its a confidence boosterGet psychedWhen youre feeling anxious or nervous about something, its always a great idea to do something physical to help release all that emotional energy. Go for a run, dance (who cares whos looking), sing at the top of your lungs (who cares whos listening), listen to whatever music gets you psyched, hip hop, electro, rock n roll, etc. turn it up This might sound a little crazy but it will help reduce your stress and put you back into a more centered place.Get MotivatedIts easy to let doubt creep into your mind when job searching but dont let it.
